America's Pastime, LLC, was formed by long-time baseball players and Coaches, Steve Insley and Allen Jacobson and offers sports instruction through clinics, camps, lectures and presentations. As players since age 5, Steve and Allen have lived and loved the game of baseball, and for the past 13 years, have passed along their knowledge through coaching.

Steve Insley has been coaching for more than 13 years at the High School and Collegiate level. Steve is currently Assistant Coach of the Maryland Royals, Baltimore Metro League, and Assistant Coach at Frederick Community College. Steve also served as a Head Coach for Liberty High School in Eldersburg, Maryland, leading them to their first ever Maryland State Championship in 1997. Steve was also on staff at Frederick Community College for two of the Cougars World Series appearances, and served as their Pitching Coach from 1998 - 2003.

Allen Jacobson is currently Head Coach of the Maryland Royals, Baltimore Metro League and Assistant Coach at Frederick Community College. Allen has been coaching for more than 13 years and was primarily responsible for developing the very successful Frederick CC winter baseball camp. While assisting at FCC Allen helped guide the Cougars to three College World Series appearances. Coach Jacobson's Metro-league teams have also won back-to-back World Series titles. Allen is also a Certified First Responder by the State of Maryland.

Steve and Allen take the knowledge, skills and expertise that they have learned over the years and pass it along to coaches, and athletes in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
